Scope

After auditing the shipped v1.4.0 MCP issues, perform documentation/compatibility-copy maintenance without changing runtime behavior or requiring a patch release.

  • Synchronize skills/session-peer/SKILL.md byte-for-byte with independently published skill v0.5.1: tag object a913c966f757bf5aca8d5b91b09a24164941aad9, source 95cf5e1dd92654775b2f0ea86c1cb4b6107f49c3, 31688 UTF-8 bytes, SHA-256 922512869577cc3d8b9d305641479e2dd659f0e669298584ca06f1ca15de1d31. Update the existing exact snapshot test. Minimum 0.9.1 / full 1.4.0 / codexBin 1.0.1 floors stay unchanged. Hosting immutable=false must not be represented as GitHub-enforced immutability.
  • Add a dated v1.4.0 publication record in four languages: exact GitHub source/time, PyPI two-file timestamps and hashes, main/preparation/publication CI evidence. Preserve the historical preparation records and previously published artifacts, including their original skill 0.4.1 support asset.
  • Refresh current README/runbook status with links to the publication record; keep platform, native, ACK and independent skill/service boundaries. Record main-only snapshot adoption separately from the fixed runtime1.4.0 release.
  • Run appropriate frontmatter/installer/docs/link/i18n/generator checks; obtain independent CLI and Antigravity document review, then create a normal PR and inspect exact-head CI/automatic reviews.

No new runtime defect has been established by this triage. This issue does not authorize runtime version changes, merge/tag/publication, installation, service rollout or new native experiments. The paired aggregate-discovery feature #367 and Long-term research stay separate.

Related: companion abruption/session-peer-skill#44 (completed documentation patch). Previous runtime snapshot PR #366 is already merged; this is its v0.5.1 follow-up.

    Completed and published as v1.4.1 / PyPI 1.4.1.

    • Documentation/snapshot PR docs: sync skill v0.5.1 and record v1.4.0 publication #369 and version preparation PR chore(release): prepare v1.4.1 documentation maintenance #371 are merged. Final source/tag: 6e9efda7588e1df638748eeb7ad1b2707e0a3bf4.
    • GitHub published stable/Latest/immutable at 2026-11-03T00:31:17Z. Existing v1.4.0 tags/assets are unchanged.
    • Exact final main CI and CodeQL succeeded. Preparation passed all 5 jobs; all 7 assets, signed provenance, manifest and source bytes were authenticated with the expected workflow/ref/source/OIDC/hosted-runner policy.
    • Publication/PyPI verification passed all 6 jobs, including protected human pypi approval, fresh wheel/sdist installations and dependency audits. The approval wait was actually observed; the owner then reported approval. The private PyPI login/binding recheck remained omitted by user preference and is not marked verified.
    • PyPI exact non-yanked file set was independently downloaded and compared with authenticated release candidates: wheel SHA-256 b6e4bb1f7cb7f3e4a8bf1bc8a8d4e91906a19fa735b68ffb30ecba1f8e88732f (upload 2026-11-03T00:33:24.925576Z), sdist SHA-256 b0d5e6e74fa5c94a8ed977093742cf45a92d940abd7479c3adeaf623f9b4f00c (upload 2026-11-03T00:33:26.451298Z).
    • New runtime support SKILL asset is exact published skill 0.5.1 / source 95cf5e1dd92654775b2f0ea86c1cb4b6107f49c3 / 31688 bytes / SHA-256 922512869577cc3d8b9d305641479e2dd659f0e669298584ca06f1ca15de1d31; minimum 0.9.1 / full 1.4.0 / codexBin 1.0.1 are unchanged. Separately installed skills/services are not updated by publication.

    This is documentation/compatibility-copy maintenance; runtime behavior is unchanged apart from the version. #370 remains an unresolved test-fixture follow-up (original CI cause unconfirmed), #367 remains a separate proposed feature, and no new native/SSH/ACK or operational qualification is asserted.
