Say "update" instead of "upload" in the CSV button and README - #51

The button opens a local file picker and parses the file in the browser — nothing is sent anywhere, so "upload" was misleading. The README's two "upload" mentions get the same treatment: the app section describes updating the CSV that is read locally, and the security bullet states the property directly rather than naming an upload path that does not exist.
