Help: remove the corporate analyzer tutorial and the Quick Tour built on it - #246

… on it The corporate analyzer is gone from VisualText/analyzers (VisualText#43). Its step-by-step tutorial (HowToBuild/Corporate), the Quick Tour of the old Windows IDE that walked through it (HowToBuild/Tour15, Introduction/VisualText_Quick_Tour), the sample page and their images go too. Pages that cited it now point to the NLP++ Textbook or say "an early sample analyzer". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
