The v2.2.65 publish uploaded all 12 wheels, then PyPI refused the sdist with "400 Project size too large. Limit for project 'NLPPlus' total size is 10 GB" (#42). The project has since been cut from 10.71 GB to 7.40 GB by deleting the 2.0.x and 2.1.x releases. A size-limit increase is also being requested.
Rerunning such a partial upload doesn't work today. Without
skip-existing,gh-action-pypi-publishstops at the first wheel that's already on PyPI, so the missing file is never uploaded. Withskip-existing: true, a rerun uploads only what's missing.A rerun uses the workflow as it was at the tag, so this helps the next partial failure, not v2.2.65. 2.2.65's missing sdist will be covered by the next release's sdist.
