   PyPI took all 12 wheels of 2.2.65, then refused the sdist with "400 Project size too large. Limit for project 'NLPPlus' total size is 10 GB". The project had reached 10.71 GB.

   • The 2.0.x and 2.1.x releases have been deleted, and the project is now 7.40 GB.
   • A size-limit increase is being requested from PyPI.
   • 2.2.65 is installable everywhere it has wheels: Windows, Linux x86_64 and macOS arm64, for CPython 3.10–3.13. Other platforms get 2.2.64 until the next release, which will include an sdist.
   • Upload to PyPI with skip-existing #43 adds skip-existing to the upload, so a rerun after a partial upload uploads only what's missing.
   • Engine releases will be batched from now on, since each one adds about 214 MB here.
