Establish executable decisions for Swift-JSON 1.1 before extending the released API. A test-only synchronous reader scope shares the existing noncopyable core meter through throwing String/JSONKey/Int navigation, presence, exact integer conversion and native decoding. Compiler fixtures prove the guarded lifetime decision, and behavior cases exercise scope invalidation, source release, terminal failures, collisions and cancellation.

Add the three SDK Codable/SwiftData shape probes, four-product mobile consumer, finite scalar/AVL/hash index corpus and combined release plan. CI retains exact bundle discovery, all 49 cap outcomes, independent-suite policies and the protected check names. Root products, dependencies and platform declarations remain as released.

Validation on macOS 27 / Xcode 27.2 / Swift 6.4 / SDK 27.2:

  • Native, safety and DocC lanes passed at 63ad3e3: 129 test functions, 173 parameterized invocations, three Thread Sanitizer cases, 49 cap probes, 287 evaluated JSON cases plus 31 policy cases, 2300 evaluated schema cases plus 37 policy cases, 4396 malformed replay inputs, and 20 explicitly rooted consumer vectors.
  • The final presence/sample-cardinality refinement is covered by the R0 lane: seven behavior cases, one executed public-shape consumer, four compiler-negative cases and three SDK shape compiles.
  • Release-native index experiment: 120 corpus cells, 2143 recorded samples, including one explicit scalar/common-prefix width-10000 work refusal. Production representation selection remains R1.

Mobile qualification remains open: the default simulator engine fails signing the schema resource bundle. The device SDK build and documented alternate-backend simulator compile are compilation evidence only. The inventory lists an available iOS 27 runtime and eight available devices; runtime behavior has not been executed in this milestone. Real disk-backed SwiftData teardown/reopen remains R5. No merge or release is proposed by this draft.

Final verification: corrected checkpoint fixtures avoid blocking cooperative workers. Native / native, Native / safety and Native / docs all passed on the current PR head and actual GitHub test-merge source. The final local lanes were refreshed. No case/count, baseline cap or protection setting was reduced. Actual receipts and synthetic source identities are materialized in the local return bundle.

Integration status (2026-10-12): this reviewed component is included in the full candidate merged into main through #16, commit e9c6693. All protected integration Native checks passed in run 38268997289. Main's tree exactly matches frozen candidate 65d86ed. This component PR is closed as integrated; its original description, head branch and qualification history are retained. Tagging and release publication remain separate.

Integrate reviewed component PRs #8 through #15. The frozen candidate at 65d86ed passed all three protected Native checks in run 38268997289, including actual source-bound native, safety and documentation receipts. Preserve the approved nonblocking physical iPad deferral and existing performance dispositions. Tagging and release publication remain separate.
