Wide-object construction, duplicate checks and native keyed encoding previously scanned prior members repeatedly. Maintain private exact-key metadata through every publication route, using a 32-member hash threshold and exact scalar confirmation; keep ordered members authoritative and the small/first-eight scalar lookup path.

Release-native construction/lookup matrices, forced collisions, bounded growth/refusal, cancellation, shared immutable objects and Schema/Patch consumers are qualified. Retain every >10% regression disposition and explicit additional spare-capacity retention; no package-wide constant-time or RSS claim.

Validation: supported Swift 6.4/macOS27 SDK27.2; exact 138 functions/173 parameterized invocations; full native, ASAN, four TSAN cases, strict memory safety and four DocC Catalogues passed locally. All49 cap probes and pinned corpus policies remain. This stacks on draft PR8; no merge/tag/release is authorized.

Integration status (2026-10-12): this reviewed component is included in the full candidate merged into main through #16, commit e9c6693. All protected integration Native checks passed in run 38268997289. Main's tree exactly matches frozen candidate 65d86ed. This component PR is closed as integrated; its original description, head branch and qualification history are retained. Tagging and release publication remain separate.
