Summary

  • Closed W106 — Tracker Evidence Closure #394 (W106 — Tracker Evidence Closure): all 7 acceptance criteria were already checked in the issue body.
  • Refreshed design/state/work/394.md and design/state-index.md to reflect that closure (tools/Update-WorkMirror.ps1 + tools/Update-DesignProjection.ps1).

Note: CLAUDE.md's carve-out for committing this refresh straight to main assumed a push would succeed; this repository's ruleset blocks direct pushes to main even for admins ("Changes must be made through a pull request", 3/3 required status checks), so this went through the normal PR path instead.

Test plan

  • tools/Update-WorkMirror.ps1 exit 0, wrote 1 record
  • tools/Update-DesignProjection.ps1 exit 0

Mark W105 and W106 headings complete, matching closed issues

Both issues (#393, #394) are closed with every acceptance criterion
checked, but the slice headings still read [ ] / "Not started" — the
exact drift W106.5 itself names ("no implemented unit whose heading
remains unchecked").

Regenerate human docs for W105/W106 completion

design/30-slices.md changed in 008b4d8; docs/docs/engine/TODO.md and
design/TODO.md were stale until regenerated.
