Mechanical work-mirror refresh via tools/Update-WorkMirror.ps1 and tools/Update-DesignProjection.ps1 — reflects issue #392 (W104) closing.
Also brings design/30-slices.md's W104 section in line with closed issue #392: heading
[x], StatusLanded, and per-criterion evidence notes citing PRs #447, #448, #449, and #452 — the doc had not been updated after the issue closed, the same drift class W103 hit (PR #451). Regenerated design/TODO.md and docs/docs/engine/TODO.md via build/ConvertTo-HumanDocumentation.ps1; both Test-DesignDrift.ps1 and Test-Documentation.ps1 pass.
