refactor: honor false text formatting

Summary

• make format_text persist explicit false for bold/italic/underline while omitted arguments remain unchanged
• preserve omitted run properties in the as_revision replacement path
• add ooxml 3.5.x rawSlotExecutionFailure compatibility mapping
• add MCP-level save/reopen regressions for normal and tracked-revision formatting

Verification

• RED against released ooxml-swift 3.4.0: 3 persisted-format failures
• RED for revision path against upstream patch: omitted italic was cleared
• GREEN against bug: preserve explicit false run properties across read/write ooxml-swift#115 commit 563039c: 2/2 focused tests
• full swift test: 347 tests, 12 skips, 0 failures

Draft dependency gate

This draft pins the exact upstream verification revision so CI can exercise the consumer. It must not merge in this form. After PsychQuant/ooxml-swift#115 merges and releases, replace the revision with the released version constraint and rerun the full suite.
