Removes all Primal custodial (PRIMAL) wallet rows and the PrimalWalletData table, cascading the cleanup to the active-wallet, transaction, settings and user-link rows. Recreates SparkWalletData without the now-unused primalTxsMigrated* columns. Covered by tests for the custodial-only, mixed, NWC-only, Spark-only, empty and orphan-row cases.
Strips the user-facing surfaces tied to the custodial wallet: the promo-code subsystem, the Primal NWC link/create connection flows, and the in-app upgrade-to-Spark screens. Also drops the now-orphaned strings, drawables and docs.
Deletes PrimalWalletService and the Primal→Spark migration handlers, slims PrimalWalletApi to its surviving members, and removes the Wallet.Primal / WalletType.PRIMAL domain types along with the EnsurePrimalWallet use case, account-repository status plumbing and unused repository-factory parameters.
