About the PR
WizDen COMPLETE rebase part 1: Clean State.
Why / Balance
We're VERY far behind, and due to the big changes we'll need to do this in steps.
I'm starting this by making a new branch for our repo called "rebase", and will be pushing into that for now.
The next step will be porting content directly with minimal changes if possible.
After that I will overhaul our old systems.
