- Install netcat
- Add epel repo before (otherwise yum wouldn't find netcat)
Installing epel together with dependencies is confusing, as we can't install packages provided by it.

Well, this is just providing the environment on which the tests are run |
GNU netcat implementation was avoided because of its default behaviour of not closing the connection on EOF.
