feat(search): add recency marker to same_entity rows

Closes #267

検索結果の代表行と same_entity.others に、プール内の updated_at 比較による recency（latest / superseded）を加算的に付与します。順位・score・rerank・graph は変更なし。ツール説明文を更新し、src/aggregate.test.ts に markRecency のテストを追加しました。
