Adds an owner/admin-only Customer CSV Import MVP with template download, CSV parsing via papaparse, column mapping, preview validation, duplicate warnings, confirmed import, import_source/import_batch_id metadata, skipped/error CSV export, customer import checks, and documentation. No migration or remote Supabase push required.
