Keep the Pale Moon port isolated on the palemoon branch and update the regular Chromium/Firefox project metadata to version 0.7.0.

Synchronisiert den aktuellen browserunabhängigen Entwicklungsstand nach
palemoon, ohne Pale-Moon-Code nachdevzurückzuführen. Damit erhält der Port unter anderem die aktuelle Einstellungs-UI und Version 0.7.0 als Basis.
