Two curated IEDB HLA-II peptide leads match canonical CDR2L Q86X02 at their recorded coordinates and the explicitly checked unreviewed CDR2L entry A0ACI8RKQ2. Neither matches the checked CDR2 reference Q01850 under exact or I/L-equivalent matching. Adds a bounded live audit, aggregate certificate, research report and claim/source records.
The executed comparison covers three named reference sequences. Broader search was unavailable for this result; there is no proteome-wide uniqueness claim or validation of spectra, allotype assignment, receptor recognition or injury. No patient material or study spectra were used.
Dependency #63 has landed; this PR targets main. The scientific seven-file diff is byte-for-byte identical to the independently reviewed result. Validation at head 4c0cf0f: all 372 local tests, registry validator and offline audit checker pass, independently repeated by another Astra agent. Independent live replay matched every retained semantic field including source hashes, versions and coordinates. All hosted Verify and cross-architecture checks passed. Approval was renewed after retargeting to main.
The offline checker establishes internal consistency, not source truth. Internal review is not external scientific review.
