+This population describes the existing FS-GG/FS.GG.Game Project 4 and its selected issue, FS-GG/FS.GG.Game#7. It records point-in-time source evidence and preserves human planning: Backlog / Follow-up / Unknown. No project creation, membership change or native board mutation was performed by this qualification.

An offline restore preserved the original lock, and all 31 compiled controls passed before this population was generated.
