The previous population named an unauthenticated historical constructor. This change records the existing project and selected issue using protected qualifier source 482fb0d46625992de0228e1d4799d3ac6963caa1 and its genuinely compiled DLL, while retaining the previous manifest revision/blob/hash in the qualification note. Game issue 7 remains a dependency-dashboard follow-up with Backlog / Follow-up / Unknown planning; no product-feature acceptance is claimed.
The exact original-lock offline restore and Release build passed all 31 compiled controls. Public population semantics match the actual qualifier output; JSON and git diff --check passed. Protected delivery and independent main/blob readback will establish M. Installed published decoder and receiver/native acceptance remain pending; COORD-BOARD-V2-01.6 stays open.
