The public Wizard parser omits Python and passes the wrong generic provider key for bindings. Add Python to the shared family table used by help/parser/menu/default selection and pass the genuine bindingTarget parameter for bindings. Source-only Creator0.21 is distinct from immutable published0.20; normal coherent110 qualification remains release-ineligible, while published/genuine108 and historical modes remain unchanged.
Validation: independent final code/metadata and evidence/Atlas reviews PASS. Actual source candidatea048 selectedSDK10.0.401, locked restore and serial11-project build PASS. Both genuine Python omitted-default and typed journeys completed79commands in5.722s against publishedSDD2.2/Workspace019, with 0182→019 hive transitions, ordinary initial commits,121 restored public payload comparisons, typed retrieval/checker without override and default knowledge absence. All89compiled members and157retained inputs stayed unchanged; all child groups were observed absent. Actual composed184pure controls and maintained registry closure checks PASS.
Five causal mutations are retained in the maintained fixture. Final exact-head full fixture/mutations, coherent qualification and requiredCI remain required before source acceptance. The earliera19compiled fixture remains a separate partial proof; all failed/refused original preparations and effects stay preserved. The evidence appendix and Atlas capture do not alter the qualified implementation.
This Delivery4727 is SOURCE ONLY. PublicCreator0.21 publication/adoption is not claimed; parent4642 and matrix4723 retain the two held public Python positives, bindings and their remaining complete promises. No public package overwrite, namespace probe, replay, reservation release or unrelated native acceptance is authorized by this source change.
Continues #4727 under #4642 .
architecture-map: unaffected
Original exact-head CI found two stale pure-fixture contracts after the five-control feature: the closed build-siting whole-fixture seal and synthetic mutation subjects/counts. Narrow two-path same-PR repair reseals the verified unchanged two-command contract and supplies the two new inert mutation preimages with five isolated executions. Independent repair review PASS; five isolation tests and matcher1060files/9sites/25positive+10negative corpus PASS. Product/build/runtime code and all five compiled causal controls remain unchanged. Final exact-head required CI is still necessary.
