Capture the accepted public109/Creator020 receiver and bounded recovery findings in the existing lifecycle design and two existing Atlas records. Preserve all historical records and refresh both seed mirrors and generated metadata. Record actual scoped native retirement and bind the existing compiled overlap guard/inversion receipts to their reviewed source, reusing evidence without another test run.

The capture distinguishes publication, physical installation, instruction/runtime identity, qualified product108 reads and finite Host custody. Original SDK/cleanup and exact-caller uncertainties remain explicit. Final37 native continuation and parent closure remain with #4712/#4701; this source record does not claim them complete or request another publication.

Validation: registry preparation and affected carrier preflight passed, including archive history/citations, mirrors and routing controls. The already accepted package/runtime qualifications are referenced rather than restarted. A narrow Python consumer repair accepts the producer’s empty body hash only for state-only dependency observations; issue/plan hashes remain strict. Ten focused tests passed, including malformed-hash refusals. The original successful 37-member read was reinterpreted without rerunning or renewing it; the actual installed full37 continuation then passed. Published package bytes are unchanged.
