- Coverage. Every FS-GG repository whose PRs reference Project 3 Deliveries runs the
closing-keywordscheck. That means the .github implementation, distributed through the existing kit or receiver route, not copied by hand. A negated or casualclose/fix/resolve #Nis refused before merge. - Inventory. The gate is listed per repo with its required-context state.
Current deliverable
All original Template857 runs are terminal: eight runs/ten jobs, nine successes and one retained Orca palette speech failure. Protected source2154b17c and original SDK41946747262 are accepted components; whole-default health remains FAILED. The same owner has completed an independently reviewed, local eight-path coverage/inventory and Atlas packet over Hub846. It is Ready for coherent source integration; no original observer remains.
Next action
Root sequences the reviewed inventory/Atlas packet into a fresh coherent source cut when shared integration and hosted capacity permit. Continue the two remaining private source migrations and obtain an existing approved reader for five private check/App or policy Unknowns. Nine public caller executions are historical rather than current fixed-source execution proof. No gratuitous CI, blind speech rerun or fabricated source repair.

It does not accept publication, installed-v2 use, original legacy roster recovery, four caller migrations/default adoption or final27repo acceptance. The full promises remain open. Current natural postmain eligibility is being evaluated separately, preserving the known1124 mismatch and new HOSTimage refusal before any candidate dispatch. Root retains main10cee stability for the prospective coherent120 release; no121 effect is selected.

Root accepts the narrow same-PR repair for Templates #856: candidate

Root selects the reviewed changed Templates candidate606046db (tree782b1fcb) on the SAME PR856 and original branch, currentremote580b/base dce. Original cca/580b cohorts ended in retained failures and all18 runs/31 jobs retired; their clocks/results remain unchanged. This new source operation contains the reviewed SDK-prerequisite correction and expanded9-workflow/release-read scope, bound to actual Hub8465501f. It is not a rerun of either old head.
