Done when

The required checks that read the PR body read the live body at run time from the API, not github.event.pull_request.body. These are coherence (declared-closes/claim-generation), fsgg-claim-fence, architecture-map and landed-revert-guard. Two near-simultaneous body edits whose runs are created in reverse order must still settle on the newest body. A causal control covers it.

Current deliverable

Four-reader LOCAL component is independently SOURCEPASS at8034742a209b7fc157c09c8ff64fd280b2176b80/tree113bf301 over846. Authenticated live-body reads preserve existing concurrency and reporting, with identity/head/API refusals and causal controls. The original a683 fixture failed in actual depth1 checkout; the same owner repaired only the fixture and the reviewer verified a fresh shallow clone without the baseline object. The declared-closes caller still needs its same-snapshot body-plus-title delta after actual5299 protected integration.

Next action

After5299 is protected, same owner joins the declared-closes caller delta to that actual predecessor, preserving the offline parser, required identities and concurrency; run actual combined controls and freeze the whole source for the same reviewer. Then Root sequences one continuous sourcePR/native CI and applicable delivery acceptance.

Blocked on

The four-reader component is reviewed; the full source successor waits actual protected5299 before the fifth caller is composed. The evidence-only cab proposal and its five controls are not an adoptable source candidate. No Source/CI/runtime effect is selected.
