Census: record lifecycle-contract.md's read-only gh api graphql query (both skill roots) #5117

Closed

Description

@EHotwagner

Delivery under #5097 (standing Outcome: unplanned fixes and hygiene).

Owner

Programme/root; source change by the board-currency owner (#5094 lane).

Done when

python3 scripts/check-v1-writer-census.py --structural passes on main again, and the advisory census check from #5099 is green. The census records both copies of work-board/references/lifecycle-contract.md with their exact sha256 and the sink kind the scanner reports. The row carries a justification, verified against the text, that the matched invocation is a read-only gh api graphql query and not a writer.

Current deliverable

A one-file census repair PR adding the two rows to docs/coordination/v1-writer-census.json.

Cause

#5092 (34c59757) added this read-only command to the lifecycle contract:

gh api graphql -f query='{organization(login:"FS-GG"){projectV2(number:3){workflows(...){...}}}}'

The census's gh api tokeniser classes a -f field flag without an explicit method as a POST, so it reports gh-api-write for both skill roots. The command only reads the project's workflow states.

Acceptance evidence

The PR and its merge commit, plus a --structural PASS on main after the merge.

    Current deliverable: PR #5118 at 965d8993. The structural census check passes on that head, and the census fixtures (73/73) and advisory fixtures (26/26) pass. Root merges it. Closing this issue, with main read back after the merge, is the acceptance step.

    Root/fdev acceptance: #5118 is merged, and check-v1-writer-census.py --structural PASSes on current main (read back today). Done.
