Owner

Programme/root owns the complete Delivery, parent #4642 integration, resource admission and final acceptance. The existing knowledge_fable_receiver worker remains the sole source and receiver owner after protected enrollment and installed caller qualification. Templates owns product/provider composition; SDD owns automatic initialization and its documented hybrid writes. Other owners remain unchanged.

Done when

Qualify two fresh isolated, genuine published Workspace.Template 0.19.0 Fable-game provider receivers through published SDD 2.2.0 and the immutable provider descriptor. Both select --param svgFoundation=false and omit bundle. One explicitly supplies --param lifecycle=typed-sdd; the other genuinely omits that entire parameter pair. Both must resolve to typed SDD and automatic knowledge initialization. Raw template or Wizard creation is not a substitute.

• Verify descriptor/package registration, provider identity, effective parameters and scaffold provenance. Require ordinary Client, Server, Domain, Protocol, skills and lock assets positively; excluded SVG, models and generated rule-model artifacts must be absent. Prove automatic canonical schema/seed, guide and byte-identical central CI/checker exist after successful scaffolding, with the typed lifecycle artifacts. Do not use standalone knowledge initialization to supply a missing provider result.
• Prove no background initial commit. Make the normal foreground caller initial Git commit and verify canonical files, guide, CI/checker, pins, provenance, skills and representative owner assets as Git blobs before separate probe setup.
• Preserve generated product-owned files and modes. At producer composition only, the published hybrid writer may add SDD 2.2.0 and Coord 0.94.0 entries and change tool-manifest layout. Preserve every co-tenant/root property with its exact JSON value, type and presence, including unknown properties, Fable 5.18.0, Fantomas 8.0.5 and explicit rollForward: false. Absence is not equivalent to false. Preserve manifest mode, refuse conflicting owned entries, and prevent false whole-file ownership claims in provenance. Preserve the exact product .gitignore byte segment inside the documented SDD prefix/knowledge-block composition and its mode. All other product-owned bytes remain exact. Record the narrow authored guide/ignore changes made by the probes; preserve the underlying owner content. The accepted RAW byte-span contracts remain separate.
• For each receiver, prove four concise evidence-backed findings; retrieval, search, relations and evidence; history and selected old-version recovery; preserving idempotence; stale-writer and copied-source/raw-log/document-dump refusals; authored restore no-clobber; cache-free clone retrieval; private/raw exclusion; ALL-shared export after private capture and lossless restore; and distinct Git bundle/current/selected-history recovery. Use the ordinary pinned checker at exactly 10,485,760 bytes and at 10,485,761 bytes, prove the refusal, and restore original files. Join every emitted receiver tool to genuine public packages, including SDD 2.2.0, Coord 0.94.0, Fable 5.18.0 and Fantomas 8.0.5 where emitted. Organization caller 111 is a separate role.
• Require meaningful pure controls, one independent exact-source review, actual hosted control execution, and a normal protected same-owner PR with current required/material CI. Actual qualification needs separate root admission, complete source/publication/tool/SDK custody before and after, one original deadline, finite streams, maintained qualified cleanup, independent known PID/group absence, storage/resource checks and independent full-result acceptance. Preserve successful and expected-negative evidence, original failures and all historical Unknowns. No product build, browser/WASM, provider publication, Wizard, retained-store retirement or whole-parent acceptance is inferred.

Current deliverable

Complete declared two-receiver acceptance is established. Actual published Workspace.Template0.19.0 through SDD2.2.0 passed explicit typed and genuinely omitted lifecycle rows with svgFoundation=false and bundle omitted. The independent result reviewer authenticated full product/skills/provenance/automatic knowledge, initial Git, recovery and checker assertions. Protected sourcePR4779 merge4fdecc9a and13 actual hosted causal controls remain accepted. Runtime03 passed393 commands under its original600-second profile; no rerun was needed.

Next action

Programme/root records Done and closes this Delivery as completed with independent native readback, then reconciles parent4642 without narrowing it. PLAYER4780 remains active and other provider/Wizard/product/publication promises remain independent. Root owns the reusable runtime-acceptance Atlas capture at the next normal parent-related source delivery; existing github/fable-provider-composition-qualification remains the verified source lesson.

Complete current membership and bounded semantic searches found no matching open Delivery; historical provider evidence used a private/source Templates candidate and does not qualify published 0.19.0.

The owning SDD plan requires published provider/Wizard composition while preserving user content. The Templates plan distinguishes raw flags from provider initialization and requires actual Fable variants/defaults. The immutable descriptor pins Workspace 0.19.0, requires stable SDD at least 2.1.0 and defaults to typed SDD. Published SDD 2.2.0 source ScaffoldMutation explicitly preserves co-tenants/root metadata in meaning during structural merge; HandlersScaffold owns automatic typed knowledge and product-ignore composition. Layout ownership is limited to those proven hybrid writes, not permission to drop values or weaken the RAW contracts. These are intake/support facts, not source, enrollment or receiver acceptance.

Source dispatch milestone: Enrollment PR #4774 merged normally at protected 65b5b26 with the exact authentic cohort 58 commitment.
