The exact independently reviewed and CI-qualified source candidate is merged: work-board owns one continuous clearing/intake/recovery loop, pnext-item owns one selected Delivery through its declared acceptance, and every active auxiliary/compatibility entrypoint, both skill roots, Claude bindings, trigger metadata, validators and generated manifests consistently reaches that contract. Missing-Status intake, return after source delivery with remaining consumer acceptance, serial fallback without subagents, and no mandatory routine claims/packets/repeated approval are exercised through maintained controls. Existing compatibility fixtures pass. This Delivery closes source/instruction/caller acceptance only; publication, actual installed discovery/caller qualification, native decomposition and demonstrated continuous-loop acceptance remain open under #4701.
