M495 is not sent for every program: not when the program has no feed moves (its path area is then unknown), and not inside the path area without margin, Z probe or auto leveling. Such a program then started at the current height. Before each start, also when resuming at a line, the controller now buffers a G53 move of Z to coordinate.clearance_z. XY does not move. Summary
Move the spindle to the configured clearance_z for EVERY job.
Currently, when the spindle is within the path limits and no Z Probe, Margin, oder Leveling is active, the machine will just start playing the file, no matter what height the tool is at.
