M495 is not sent for every program: not when the program has no feed moves (its path area is then unknown), and not inside the path area without margin, Z probe or auto leveling. Such a program then started at the current height. Before each start, also when resuming at a line, the controller now buffers a G53 move of Z to coordinate.clearance_z. XY does not move.
