Founder-decision fallout (the allowed artifact class post-archive).

Delegation: founder instructed 'RFC decision - decide by you, all permissions were granted.' Decisions recorded in the register's session block; all reversible by founder via RFC event.

Contents

  • SPIKE-002A-DESK-DEVICE-CAPABILITY.md - documentation-level evidence (2026 lineup, Family Setup floors, native-fall-on-managed-watch documented; third-party API leg confirmed undocumented -> E-07 stays hardware-only).
  • Evidence register: E-06 strengthened, E-07 clarified (native vs third-party leg), E-14 annotated.
  • RFC register: 001/002/003/006/008 ACCEPT; 004 partial; 005 conditional on SPIKE-002 hardware; 007 partial with the elder-agency tension reserved (non-delegable). Application queue recorded.
  • A1-A4-FILING-PACK.md - ready-to-send drafts; filings remain founder actions.

Refused under delegation: C15 answers, Certificate-15 signature, RFC-007 central tension.

… A1-A4 filing pack

- SPIKE-002A: documentation sweep of Family Setup / 2026 device lineup.
Native fall detection on managed watches: documented. Third-party
didDetect on managed watches: gap confirmed as a gap - E-07 stays red,
  hardware spike criterion unchanged.
- RFC register: 001/002/003/006/008 ACCEPT, 004 partial (LTE decided,
night strategy deferred to SPIKE-003), 005 conditional on SPIKE-002
hardware PASS, 007 partial (M-1..M-8 binding; central tension reserved
  for founder + counsel - non-delegable).
- Explicit refusals recorded: C15 answers, cert signature, RFC-007
tension. The gate stays falsifiable only if the founder passes it.
- A1-A4 filing pack: entitlement justifications, 10DLC/STIR-SHAKEN
checklist, counsel brief, FARSEEING email draft.

…1.0 FROZEN

- C15-GATE-RECORD.md: process (two-gate split, provenance-failed first
  attempt, oral defense), per-question outcomes, 9 decision-bearing
founder artifacts (kill-register unification, T0-T4 intervention spec,
outcome registry for negative evidence, RFC-007 position, cleared-claim
ranking, calibration governance, no-suppression invariant, charter
  principle, claims-under-configuration-control).
- Academy README: v1.0 FROZEN 2026-07-21; RFC-supersede-only from here.
- Certificate 15: stale 'no open RFCs' claim corrected honestly; C15
blocker closed; signature line remains the founder's alone.
- RFC-007: founder position given personally at the defense supersedes
the delegated partial; only the capacity-decline edge remains for A3
  counsel.

Advisor-recommended, founder-endorsed at gate close. Doctrine entry
(D00) reserved for the Academy's first superseding-RFC if desired.

Seven falsifiable predictions with dual priors (founder-given + Claude
evidence-grounded), fixed scoring protocol, and the adopted engineering
principle: every assumption that justifies architecture must eventually
face a measurement capable of disproving it. D00 promotion deliberately
deferred until after the spike, per advisor position.

Lock rule: edits after hardware procurement void the pre-registration.

Deliverable-by-deliverable map against existing Phase-0 architecture:
mock at the port boundary (not HealthKit signatures - macOS-only),
Health Connect deferred (no Android tier in frozen v1 scope), web-based
debug dashboard (platform reality), VV-111 adapter-swap invariance gate,
six build increments each as own PR. Simulated/replay/hardware evidence
taxonomy binding on every artifact; VVE must never manufacture evidence
for pre-registered hardware predictions P1-P7.

Case files with dual expectations (ground truth vs pinned regression,
KNOWN-DEFICIENT as a legal visible status - expectations change only by
review, never to make dashboards green). Guardian World profiles,
TimeController (exercising the already-wall-clock-free core), FaultKit,
DiffEngine with INPUT-DELTA vs LOGIC-DELTA attribution. Sharpened
arrival-day metric: decisions on identical inputs 100% identical;
blended '95% identical' banned (would average a catastrophe into a
pass). Hardware Arrival Day = cross-examination, not development.
