Six cases migrated from the corpus with expectations transcribed from prose into machine-readable assertions; adjudication honestly NOT_EXECUTED until the CaseKit runner (commit 2) exists - the laboratory does not claim adjudications its instrument cannot yet perform. First build increment of the Digital Validation Laboratory (founder execution charter).

rfc-delegated-decisions(PR #6) which carries the VVE-001 charter - retarget to master after #6 merges.This commit: case-v0.1 schema + CASE-000001..000006 migrated from the 6-trace corpus. Ground truth and expected state paths - previously prose only - are now machine-readable, versioned, review-gated assertions. Pins wired to the existing golden-hash baseline.
Honest state: adjudication = NOT_EXECUTED for all 6 (the Swift CaseKit runner is commit 2). Pins are live via VV-101.
Phase I acceptance remaining: runner (loads cases, replays trace, adjudicates vs groundTruth/expected, verifies pin), schema validation in CI, expectation-change review gate.
