Moves the unreleased notes under [1.0.0] - 2026-11-01 and adds a "Breaking defaults at a glance" table: the rename to PullPicket, foundryAuth=entra, promptMode=rules, AutoApprove removed, AUTH_MODE required, metricsAuth=entra, -CollectionUri, and the metrics store and API changes (partition key, CORS, totalTokens.cached). Adds compare and release links.
