GitHub Actions warned that the CI workflow still depended on deprecated Node 20 action runtimes.
Updates checkout and setup-node to the same immutable, Node 24-compatible version pins already used by the release workflow. Hyfrme itself remains tested on Node 22.
Validated with the full check, build, package, and formatting suites.
