star-history.com can no longer serve the chart without an API token following GitHub's stargazer API restriction. Point the badge to star-history.dera.page, which serves the same chart without requiring a token.

The Star History chart in the README (and its localized versions) can no longer load without an API token, as star-history.com now requires one following GitHub's stargazer API restriction. This PR points the chart to star-history.dera.page, which serves the same chart without requiring any token. Happy to adjust if you'd prefer another approach — thanks!
