Closes #114

Root test:ci excludes **/*integration*.test.ts, so five in-process transport-matrix suites never ran in CI. Renamed (pure git mv, no content change):

Old New
explicit-handoff.integration.test.ts explicit-handoff.harness.test.ts
handoff-return.integration.test.ts handoff-return.harness.test.ts
fanout.integration.test.ts fanout.harness.test.ts
pull-transport.integration.test.ts pull-transport.test.ts
workforce-publisher.integration.test.ts workforce-publisher.fake-fetch.test.ts

Checked each suite's imports and helpers: the five import only vitest, node:events and src/*, with fakes injected (fake echo harness, vi.fn fetch). No Docker, Tuwunel, socket, or tests/fixtures/*. integration.test.ts, context-provider.integration.test.ts and media.integration.test.ts use the Tuwunel fixture and keep their names and exclusion (zooid#106; the latter two are already in test:infra). No .github/workflows/ change.

Tests:

  • pnpm test:ci (repo root): exit 0. Scoped to transport-matrix with the same excludes: 35 files, 460 tests passed.
  • pnpm test:socket (repo root): exit 0. scripts 2 files / 25 tests, context-mcp 5, pi-extension 3.

CI evidence (build-test log lines showing the three suites executed):

06:42:02Z ✓ tests/explicit-handoff.harness.test.ts (7 tests) 137ms
06:42:02Z ✓ tests/handoff-return.harness.test.ts (6 tests) 132ms
06:42:02Z ✓ tests/fanout.harness.test.ts (6 tests) 52ms
06:42:03Z ✓ tests/pull-transport.test.ts (3 tests) 14ms
06:42:03Z ✓ tests/workforce-publisher.fake-fetch.test.ts (2 tests) 19ms
06:42:05Z Test Files 35 passed (35)

From build-test (run 38693909095, job 116285926904, "Test" step = pnpm test:ci): run and passed, none skipped. Both jobs green.

Not verified: nothing.
Knowledge impact: none
Plan feedback: none. The issue's grep was right on all five; the only judgment call was the new names, which the issue left open.

… test:ci runs them

Rename the five transport-matrix suites that need no Docker, homeserver or
socket so the *integration* exclude in test:ci stops skipping them:
explicit-handoff, handoff-return and fanout (.harness), pull-transport, and
workforce-publisher (.fake-fetch). Docker/Tuwunel suites keep their names.

Reviewed against #114's acceptance criteria and ZOD098's tier table. No blocking findings.

  • In-process suites run in build-test: all five renamed suites import only vitest, node:events and src/*. workforce-publisher injects a vi.fn fetch and makes no network calls. They're tier 1, so test:ci is the right home for them.
  • CI evidence: the build-test log lines in the body show explicit-handoff, handoff-return and fanout (plus pull-transport and workforce-publisher) executed. 35/35 files passed.
  • Docker/Tuwunel suites: integration, context-provider and media keep their names and their exclusion, so they stay with #106.
  • Pure renames (0/0 diff), and no .github/workflows/ change. No config or docs reference the old filenames.

Merging.
