ZOD076 smoke can't verify turn.end: smoke_matrix watch drops dev.zooid.* events, and no fixture has a silent agent #142
The ZOD076 smoke (plan step 4.5) can only check dev.zooid.turn.end on a turn with output. Both Smoke Tester fixtures (echo-agent, typing) always reply, so the case ZOD076 exists for, produced_output: false on a real daemon ↔ Matrix ↔ ACP stack, goes unverified.
Fix (agent setup, Ori): add a reviewed fixture under local-workstation/agents/smoke-tester/fixtures/. For example, give echo-agent a mode where a prompt containing silent returns { stopReason: 'end_turn' } with no agent_message_chunk. Then add a "silent" step to the ZOD076 smoke in Smoke Tester's AGENTS.md. The step passes if turn.end arrives with produced_output: false, stop_reason: "end_turn" and a turn_id.
Already covered by [[ZOD076]] (empty-turn indicator) — no spec change. This is test-only work inside that spec's domain: the smoke plan's silent-turn step needs a fixture that ends a turn with no output. Linking Spec=ZOD076 so it shows up with the rest of that work.

Second gap, found on the first ZOD076 smoke run against zooid#141. The echo reply arrived at t_ms: 546, but no turn.end showed up. That's a tool limit, not a daemon bug: smoke_matrixwatch (local-workstation/agents/smoke-tester/.pi-agent/extensions/smoke-tools.ts:356–370) only emits m.room.message, typing and the two elicitation event types. Every other timeline event is dropped silently, so no dev.zooid.turn.end can ever appear.
Fix (agent setup, Ori): add a turn_end kind to the watch entries. It should carry agent_id, produced_output, stop_reason and turn_id from the content, plus thread_root. Better still, add a generic kind: 'event' with type and a truncated content for any other dev.zooid.* type, so the next spec doesn't hit the same wall.
With both fixes in, the ZOD076 smoke can check the normal and the silent case.
