Hi! I've made some improvements to the scraper:

Added a FastAPI local API server (api.py) accepting POST requests.
Added Ngrok integration for easy public tunnel setup.
Refactored operating hours extraction to separate opens_at and closes_at.
Fixed reviews count decimal parsing for non-US locales.
Fixed CSV column dropping bug when scraping single entries.
