Add CLI Support for Elastic Cloud

Summary

Adds command-line interface (CLI) support for Elastic Cloud, enabling users to run VectorDBBench tests via CLI commands for different Elastic Cloud index types.

Changes

  • New file: vectordb_bench/backend/clients/elastic_cloud/cli.py
    • Implemented four CLI commands:
      ElasticCloudHNSW - Standard HNSW index
      ElasticCloudHNSWInt8 - HNSW with Int8 quantization
      ElasticCloudHNSWInt4 - HNSW with Int4 quantization
ElasticCloudHNSWBBQ - HNSW with BBQ quantization
  • Modified: vectordb_bench/cli/vectordbbench.py
    • Imported and registered the four Elastic Cloud CLI commands. Commands are now available in the main CLI interface

@Denise2004, I was wondering if you could prepare some examples for the README. I believe that would be a big help to users.
