Description

@alexanderguzhva

The problem:
missing python modules

How to reproduce:
Grab a new ubuntu 22.04 VM.

install pyenv on a new ubuntu 22.04 VM

apt install build-essential libssl-dev zlib1g-dev libbz2-dev libreadline-dev libsqlite3-dev curl git libncursesw5-dev xz-utils tk-dev libxml2-dev libxmlsec1-dev libffi-dev liblzma-dev curl
curl https://pyenv.run | bash

# patch ~/.bashrc and ~/.profile as recommended

eval "$(pyenv virtualenv-init -)"

pyenv install 3.11
pyenv global 3.11

Now install and run vectordbbench

pip install vectordb-bench
init_bench

Then, run the UI on localhost:8501 and select /concurrent page.
You'll get a message 'No module named psycopg`

Solution:
Install the components

sudo apt install -y libpq-dev
pip install psycopg[c] pgvector
