Which image format is supported by TissuLab? Mac version cannot open .jpg or .tiff #11
Description
Hello! I was trying to open some H&E images in the .jpg format, and also .tiff format (transformed from the .jpg format using pyvips) of the same images, but TissueLab cannot load it, and says "failed to load WSI file." Could anyone help me with this issue? What formats are supported by TissueLab?

TissueLab should support both
.jpgand.tiffformats. Could you let me know the exact error message from the backend? That would help us better diagnose the issue. I suspect it might be related to environment configuration.We’ve also recently made some optimizations to TissueLab. In the meantime, I’d recommend trying our online version: https://app.tissuelab.org/
The GitHub code will be updated soon as well.
