Update to Evolve v1.2.14a

Update and some minor fixes.

Updates include:

• All traits now have a rank (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, or 3) with parameters varying based on rank
• Artifical [sic] trait for the new Synthetic genus
• Ooze trait for the new Sludge challenge race
• High Population trait for the revamped Insect genus
• Cannibalize trait now provides a real percentage bonus to healing

Fixes include:

• Zealotry toggle works
• Removed extra copy of the "fire" event
• War droids defending the fortress get the benefit of "Enhanced War Droids"
• "Cannibal" -> "Cannibalize"
