Will change the build to keep targeting Java 11 for the built binaries. |
Update Gradle Wrapper to 8.13 and plugins, drop Java 11 from CI which is no longer supported by the ZAP Gradle plugins. Address deprecations. Use Java 11 for releases. Signed-off-by: thc202 <thc202@gmail.com>
