Controlled third-party validation for Avora. Adds three probes that hold a trusted user goal constant while malicious instructions arrive through retrieved email, web-page, and tool-result content. The same test that fails in baseline PR #1 is included here and must pass across the repository's Python CI matrix. This PR is validation evidence and is not represented as an upstream contribution.
