Adds Better Scrapers (io.github.jiwenjimiran.better-scrapers) to the official registry. Better Scrapers provides Scrape All, selection-aware Scrape Selected, rolling rate-limited batch scraping, exponential 429 backoff, Save All, and optional automatic saving in the Cove video tagger. The entry points to the public v1.3.0 release asset and includes two screenshots. Per registry policy, generated checksum, release date, and index updates are left to CI.
