Add Duplicate Manager extension

Summary

Adds Duplicate Manager (io.github.jiwenjimiran.duplicate-manager) to the official Cove extension registry.

Duplicate Manager provides:

• Duplicate discovery by exact fingerprint, pHash distance, title, or remote ID
• Balanced, codec-aware keeper ranking with review-risk explanations
• Side-by-side synchronized comparison with Cove-compatible direct playback and FFmpeg transcoding
• Configurable folder scopes, duration limits, keeper priorities, and persisted controls
• Metadata-first deletion that preserves engagement data and uses Cove's normal records-only or permanent file-removal flow
• Review-only duplicate image cleanup with protected archive entries
• Stable per-video deletion progress for long-running jobs
