Adds the
skills-listskill: prints every local skill underagent-box/skills/<name>/SKILL.mdas a compact table grouped bycategory, reading each skill's own frontmatter so it stays correct as skills are added/removed. Purpose: a cheat-sheet since the CLI has no slash-command autocomplete.
