Separates visibility from publishing.

  • Publishing an app is always private to its owner. Republish, rename and rollback keep the app's existing access as is.
  • Publish no longer accepts audience or public settings. If an older client sends them, publish refuses with an error that points to the share action.
  • Grant access with the apps share action.
  • Tool descriptions and the publish skill are updated to match.

Tests cover: a first publish in a shared conversation is owner-only, publish with visibility inputs is refused, and sharing after publish works.

Republishing, renaming or rolling back an existing app now ships code only. Requests that would change its audience or public setting are refused with a pointer to the share action, and default audience grants apply only on the first publish.
