[Feature]: Better loading spinner #7

Feature Description

The current loading indicator is a basic dot spinner with a "Loading..." label, centered on a full-page takeover while a request is in flight. Improve this into a more polished, less disruptive loading state.

Satisfaction Criteria

• Replaced the full-screen loading spinner with a lighter, theme-consistent indicator.
