[Bug]: OptionsProvider swallows item-fetch errors #19

Bug Description

internal/tui/components/OptionsProvider/component.go:~113-122 — UpdateState() discards the error from o.getItems(...) (// FIX: add err handling). A failed fetch fails silently with no user-visible signal.

Satisfaction Criteria

• Surfaced an error when the options list fails to refresh instead of failing silently.
