Refactor portfolio to pure semantic HTML with minimal Codeforces-like presentation

The portfolio page was over-designed with heavy inline CSS/JS and visual effects, making the UI feel noisy rather than clean. This change shifts the page to a pure-HTML, low-styling structure focused on readability and content hierarchy.

• What changed

  • Replaced the previous index.html implementation with a semantic HTML-only document.
  • Removed all custom styling and behavior layers:
    • Inline <style> block
    • Inline <script> logic
    • Animated/decorative UI constructs and complex visual wrappers

• Content architecture retained and simplified

  • Preserved core portfolio information and reorganized into scan-friendly sections:
    • About
    • Experience (table)
    • Open Source Contributions (list)
    • Achievements (table)
    • Skills
    • Contact
  • Kept direct navigation via anchor links and simple top-level structure (header, main, section, footer).

• Resulting UX direction

  • Delivers a lightweight, content-first UI with minimal visual overhead (closer to Codeforces-style simplicity).
  • Improves quick scanning by emphasizing structure over decoration.
