Adds the TestFlight link, a Brine Royale section, and an iPhone section with the 1.0.5 highlights to littledill.app.
Adds /privacy, /privacy-choices, and /terms pages, linked from the landing and 404 footers. Apple asked for these before review continues.
Removes server/website-worker.mjs because Cloudflare Git integration deploys the site from website/ on each push to main. Checks: node --test website/tests/.test.mjs (11 pass), node --test tests/.test.cjs (249 pass), git diff --check.
